Cuenta con 16 rutas de uso p\u00fablico, que puedes recorrer de forma libre o, en algunos casos, con gu\u00edas int\u00e9rpretes a trav\u00e9s de la Central de Reservas. Adem\u00e1s, hay empresas de turismo activo y ecoturismo acreditadas con la Carta Europea de Turismo Sostenible, con las que puedes reservar visitas privadas. Se pasa por dos fuentes de agua no clorada, utilizadas por los habitantes del pueblo (Fuente Fr\u00eda y Fuente de las Chinas), y en los alrededores de la \u00faltima fuente se puede observar una turbera, ecosistema semiencharcado muy fr\u00e1gil y singular, donde existen plantas muy interesantes y adaptadas a estos suelos pobres en nitr\u00f3geno&lt;\/p&gt;\\n\\t\\t\\t&lt;p&gt;En el \u00c1rea Recreativa, se inicia en una pasarela de madera de 450 metros de longitud, que transcurre al lado del r\u00edo Estena. A pocos metros del inicio, en la zona donde el cauce hace una curva entre las rocas cuarc\u00edticas de alrededor, existe un peque\u00f1o mirador delante del Boquer\u00f3n del Estena, estrecho donde la sierra ha dejado paso a este r\u00edo mediterr\u00e1neo que presenta un inmejorable estado de conservaci\u00f3n. A la izquierda del mirador se observa el peque\u00f1o cerro de la ermita, y a la derecha la sierra de Fuentefr\u00eda.&lt;\/p&gt;\\n\\t\\t\\t&lt;p&gt;Continuamos nuestra marcha dejando el r\u00edo a la izquierda, pasando por el \u00e1rea recreativa, recorriendo un paisaje en el que se pueden observar encinas, quejigos, rebollos, fresnos, sauces, juncos, zarzas y espinos. Al finalizar la zona de la pasarela, podemos observar una antigua construcci\u00f3n que en su d\u00eda fue una casa de labranza, al lado de zonas de huertos.&lt;\/p&gt;\\n\\t\\t\\t&lt;p&gt;Cruzamos el r\u00edo por un puente, y entramos por un camino amplio en un bosque de encinas, quejigos y rebollos, aclarados por las caracter\u00edsticas pedrizas o canchales. Continuamos caminando, dejando el r\u00edo ahora a la derecha, y a la izquierda del camino encontramos la conocida como Fuente Fr\u00eda, manantial de aguas de la sierra donde los habitantes del pueblo de Navas de Estena vienen para beber y coger sus ricas aguas, que no est\u00e1n cloradas.&lt;\/p&gt;\\n\\t\\t\\t&lt;p&gt;Regresamos al camino central para continuar un poco m\u00e1s la marcha, y despu\u00e9s de ver unos buenos ejemplares de rebollos nos encontramos con un cruce de caminos: el de la derecha nos lleva hasta las orillas del r\u00edo, y el de la izquierda, tras una muy leve subida, hasta el final de la ruta, otra zona de manantiales conocida como la Fuente de las Chinas, fuente de tres ca\u00f1os que a ambos lados est\u00e1 rodeada de rocas de cuarcitas, algunas de ellas con huellas de trilobites, invertebrados marinos de la \u00e9poca en la que, hace cientos de millones de a\u00f1os, esta zona era un mar.
